Not much to update this week. Marcia started her new job at Carfax on Monday so we have been in transition mode. I am becoming (or have become?) Mr. Mom. I now go non-stop from 6:20am until 9-10pm at night. Partly it is due to the time of year as my business is at its peak so I have to pretty much get straight to the store and produce from 8am to 1:30pm. But I also then am doing all the things that Marcia used to do plus everything else that I always had to do to keep the businesses in order. Get home in time to get the girls off the bus, help them with their homework, make them meals and snacks, clean the house, do the dishes, do the laundry, make the beds, feed the animals, and so on and so on. I am hanging in there but I am definitely tired.
Marcia comes home for a few days tomorrow night then is back to VA for about 10 days before returning for the two week Christmas/New Year holiday period. That will be nice. Then she'll be back here for MLK weekend and then the girls and I are going to visit her in VA for several days around the 23rd of January. So the next 2 months aren't going to be so bad. Hopefully we'll be able to sell our house in that time and all will be in balance in the Universe. We shall see.
