Photo of Robb HoffheinsI write in this space because I am looking for answers that I am not so sure I will ever find. But I have a need to explore the questions anyway. I also write here because it is good for me and helps me with my spiritual growth. Additionally, I believe that I am supposed to write. I don’t know if it’s good or even if anyone really reads it but that doesn’t matter. I have experiences in this amazing and sometimes unbelievable life, I write about life, then I read what I write, then I ponder and repeat.

Here are the things I do when I am not doing this:

  • FASTFRAME - This is my store in Fort Mill, SC that I own and operate six days a week. It is a custom picture framing franchise and is my first business. Previously I worked at America Online for almost ten years in Product Marketing. Custom picture framing may not be glamorous but it’s a perfect business for me right now at this stage of my professional development. It is not my last business and I highly doubt I will keep it in the long term. It’s just a place for me to learn and grow and figure out what is next.
  • Yoga South - This is my wife and my yoga studio in Charlotte, NC. She and I share management responsibilities and I primarily am responsible for the business side of the operation - finances, advertising and marketing, business metrics and goals, and some staff management.
  • Marcia Hoffheins Yoga - This is Marcia’s yoga stuff but I created and manage the website.
  • Hoffheins.com - This is our home on the web.

Here are some past things I’ve done:

  • My Photography - This was a blog I did that was purely focused on the combination of beautiful words and what I’d like to think are beautiful images (created by me). I decided to retire it and focus my efforts in one place but it has some good stuff I think.
  • A Yoga Journey with Robb - This was a blog I was writing for Yoga South but decided that I should focus in one place all of the creative expression that I need to get out. So I don’t write there anymore and instead write my yoga thoughts here.
