We went to Skaneateles (pronounced skin-E-AT-lis), New York for a long weekend last weekend. It was really, really great. Weather was awesome and we stayed in a cabin literally right on the lake-the deck hung over the water. Girls went swimming, we enjoyed multiple gorgeous sunsets, we ate Doug's Fish Fry and generally relaxed.
We went for two reasons: 1) John and Lilia were supposed to have had a baby by now but no dice on that one. We did get to spend time with them which was awesome. And 2) Marcia had her 20 year reunion which was ridiculously ridiculous (i.e., lame). But we had fun because that is what we do. :)
