We went to Great Falls yesterday.  It was fun.

We went to a National's game Friday night (against the Marlins) for Mother's Day (and because we haven't been to a pro game in, like, forever).  Our wonderful friend Elizabeth came with us and we were all delighted to have her.  She is Melissa and Bella's horseback riding teacher, mentor and all around friend.  It was a great game and we ate a ton, drank some and had a wonderful time!

Yesterday, Melissa celebrated her 10th birthday with several friends from school, most of her soccer team and Ms. Elizabeth.  It was a gorgeous day and the girls all had fun with tug-o-war, hoola hooping, a little craft, whiffle ball, and, of course, cookie cake.  After the party, Melissa's school friends stayed over for a sleepover.  They watched one of Melissa's birthday gifts - Twilight: New Moon.  Melissa received some really great gifts - many books, many small horse figurines, some clothes and some other stuff.  She had a wonderful time.  We can't quite believe that she has reached the double digits.  It just ain't right.

Bella got to take some master classes with Mollee (a recent finalist on "So You Think You Can Dance?"), a guy named Tokyo and another woman whose name I don't recall but they are all amazing dancers so it was a great experience for her!
